    Welcome to Ferrari Chat, Lasse!

It is a very common problem on 348's for the power windows to operate slowly or fail to operate at all due to problems with the pin connectors in the door jambs. Here are two pictures from the archives to show examples of broken wires and heavy corrosion at the pins. If you pull back the rubber boot at the front of the door and look at the condition of the wires and pins, you will most likely be able to see what is wrong. There are several threads here describing methods of repairing the problem.

Good luck fixing it, you will be able to get lots of good advice here.

Does your window problem occur both when your engine is running as well as not?

If you don't see this problem when your car is running, you may just have a low battery.

The battery is new and the problem is the same with the motor running.
Now i have checkt everything and all wires looks okay.
    Maybe it´s a groundproblem.

Could be. The door open/closed switched are known failure points.
