I have a 1990 348 and its window wipers are acting up. They only run in fast and even then they don't park correctly when turned off.

The things I have done so far are:

Cleaned what connectors I could see in the steering column stalk with DeoxIT spray.
Cleaned all the oxidation from fuses/relays in the passenger fuse panel and the one in the trunk.
Changed the Intermittent relay in the passenger fuse panel.

I tried testing it with a volt meter and found that, in the picture attached, I have a power to #5 pin always and power to #1 only when in Fast mode. I didn't detect anything on pins #3 and #4. I can hear the relay clicking when in Intermittent mode.

Can somebody tell me when pins #3 and #4 should have power?

Just yesterday my 348 Spider developed the exact same problem. Any new info in the two years since this first post? Thanks.
