I don't envision ever selling mine. I'm having too much fun modifying it.

The economy is so completely screwed tire kickers are offering rotten peanuts. I expect many who want to sell will sit on them until spring.

Right now the 355 Spider seems to be the model being offloaded the most by owners. It's summer and the weather is nice for these models, so it makes sense. When things turn bad, we'll see if the offerings even out. Having had a spider, I can understand the nature of these owners. It's a nice thing to want and own but eventually you grow out of the exotic convertible thing. At least I did.

Then you want someting fun and scary. I think that the 360's are getting ridiculously cheap and the 355 Spider set is looking for an upgrade. The 360 is more along the GT car design (more Porsche-like :p ) and Spider owners seem to tread down that same path. Having recently driven a nice F360 F1 I can say that it isn't for me, however, my wife would like it. :)

Us 348 owners, however, are a different breed. I'd say the same of someone who owns a 355 GT or Challenge car. We seem to keep our cars longer and have a more engaging involvement with them.

    I have had 355, 360 then back to a 355 spider,

360 is much quieter, smoother, faster, easier to get into, cheaper to run, less fragile, much more torque, doesn't rust the same as a 355, etc, etc, so why did I move back to a 355

the 355s are much rarer and are becoming more collectable, as are the 348's, they just feel more special than a 360, they have the custom, hand built touch that the 360 lacks,

if money was no object I would have both !

NADA value ticked up from 49,800 to 50,800 for a 93. Been a nice trend for a while now. Mine's listed at 44,900 (cuz it needs a belt) and I haven't had a nibble in weeks. Confuses me. Should I put a new belt in and adjust the price accordingly?

    Sweden is a small country, so I'm glad I don't have a 355 or a 360 to sell......

Don't take this the wrong way guys, but I hope that they aren't about to take a major uptick in price...

...I haven't bought mine yet! I'm not particularly keen on the idea of a moving goal post whilst trying to save up. :)

    All the best,
    Andrew.

I think clean ones have never fallen, they look good.

That said, we have had some nice examples go a long time on the market.

Nice silver/black spider in FAds now.
    Fair price.
