    Hi,
Can someone please advise me on a problem i am having with the interior door handle of my car? The interior door handle does not work forcing me to lower the window to push the exterior door button to exit. I am thinking that the mechanism that connects the handle to the latch has become disengaged. I am fairly handy but i have never worked on a Ferrari before as this is my first. Should i attempt removing the door panel myself or am i looking for trouble?
Any info would be much appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Don

Hi Don, remove the inside door panel. Do a search and find the parts diagrham for the door, it will show where the srews and clips are. it sounds like the lever attachment came off or broke.

    You can fix it yourself.

The wire rod that attaches to the inside door handed is held in place by a plastic clip. The plastic on the clip is what gives out. Remove the door paneling and you'll be able to see the clip. They sell these clips at just about any auto part store. Just take your old busted clip with you and get a new one. It'll only cost you a few cents.

    Thanks Charles & Ernie,
This fix sounds simple enough even for me!
I will get to it as soon as my car returns from the stereo shop.
I will follow up when the job is done.
    Thanks again,
    Don
