    Daniel: Silly question. Did you look down inside the housings for your rubber rings? Mine had been pushed down in there, and I can remember at least one other incident in the past of a 348 owner thinking they were gone, then finding that they had been there all along, and were in perfect condition once they were fished out.

    Nice to know that you can supply them.

    Yeah, actually mine were down inside the housing too. I completely destroyed one of them trying to fish it out with a needle-nose pliers. Worse, I sliced my finger wide open on an exposed sheet-metal screw inside that housing. I gave up and drank a beer.

    That looks different from the 355. Before mine were glued to the top they came off everytime I put the top in the back of the car.

    Ditto here... When I installed my new grommets I found both MIA grommets in the boxes. Also, thanks to Dan, (our safety officer) I saw those nasty screws before they attacked me... ;)
