400 GT #0463 - real Interim - the 11th made ex Killion just sold yesterday for $610,000 at RM... Image Unavailable, Please Login
I noticed it had the oil dip stick on the drivers side! AFAIK it means it has a 350GT engine or at least a 350GT oil sump?
It is not the 1st one that I see a 4.0 with 3.5 oil sump or vice versa a 3.5 with 4.0 oil sump... so that clue is one lead to identify/to differentiate the engine générations but not only
Tyrrell's Classic Workshop video with details of 350 GT #0109, the 5th production Lamborghini, which is in for restoration.

Well these wheels were a specific factory option, like on my own 400 GT 2+2 #1135 had too. They are also much stronger in all Driving conditions while Borrani spokes are Breaking Under severe Driving... Image Unavailable, Please Login
I guess if you called them to get the vin. This dealer is noted for not so nice cars but this one looks pretty good
Is the original block going back in? The 400GT engine was installed by the factory according to Iain.
All dépends what you want to do with it… cruising with family (wife & kids), Concours of Elegance, riding alone, doing Vintage rallies, etc ???
Mainly Touring, vintage rally events I guess. So rarity would play a part in getting into such events. But as both models have a fairly low volume that may not matter. Of course that would reliability, which hopefully would not be an issue for either model.
350 GT engine reliability is the weak point if you compared it to 4.0 liters V12... this is why so many 350 GT got a factory swapped engine for the 4.0 liters... and rarity of the 350 GT versus the 400 Gt 2+2 is well demonstrated... my conclusion either you buy a true 400 GT (common spealing "Interim") or you find a 350 GT with swapped 4.0 liters engine... in case you need a lead, I can Always try to help you !

Although I remember reading somewhere that #0304 was linked to another chassis number (0376?) for some reason. Cant find anything on that with google search.
May be are you confusing the recent sale of #0415 => https://www.bonhams.com//auctions/25819/lot/44/?category=list&length=100000&page=1 which is confused with #0634 ?
Found the reference; https://www.lamborghini-register.nl/lamborghini/home/v12-classici/350-400/350-gt-400-gt-internazionale/0304 Possibly just a mistake.
