    And in this market. (the best cars seem to be immune)

    Condition differences aside, it was still nice to see it bring more money than the 1959 Ferrari 250GT.

    It appeared to be one of the best examples, but I'm by no means an expert with these. Find a nicer example. Don't think so. @thecarnut what say you?

    Not bad for a car that is NOT restored in its original color-combo...
    When looking to the original buildsheets of this aera, I always have the impression that the person who wrote it by hand was constantly in need to go to the toilet................

    Very few 3500GT have been restored to this level. The cost of the restoration seldom justifies it, even at this selling price. Looks like they added electric power steering and AC. Should be a great driving car.
