Does anyone have an idea of how much vacuum is seen at the 1/4 inch measuring port, 8 of per car under the throttle housing? Is it 5 inch or 10 inch or more of mercury vacuum ? I don't imagine the 355 of either vintage generates that much vacuum, but it has to have something.

When I saw your other post I was curious about that too. I searched and there seems to be a contradiction. A couple of guys said they measured 5", another said he got 15". I was thinking about 15" (normal car) as well but have no idea if that would be right for a 355.

Anyway, when you said you measured 0" in you other post I though that had to be wrong. And even with the leak, there would still have to vacuum in the intake runner regardless of where you measured, anywhere below the throttle plate. There is just no way those cylinders would be getting air if the vacuum below the throttle plates was really 0".

Have you tried connecting the different vacuum lines to the one TB that shows vacuum to check that all tubes are working?
