355 ABS Problems

I have a bad Main Hydrraulic Vave unit on my 96 355. It causes several fault codes to be set and shuts down the ABS system when the car reaches 40 MPH.
This was discoved by the dealer after spending $2,500.00 to have the ABS wires replaced.
This is the ATE Teves unit and the dealer wants $5,200.00 plus $1,100.00 labor.
Has any body ever found a place to get this Main Hydrraulic Vave (valve body) unit rebuilt.
