My 360 has an adjustable wheel which is kicked pretty close to vertical. Drove a friend's 355 and noticed the relatively "flat" angle of the wheel.... and it has no adjustment.
Looking at some of the older models this appears to be even more pronounced. In a sports car I imagine this to be really inhibiting to the driver (all my "sporty" vehicles have either an adjustable wheel or fairly vertical orientation).

So, question: is this something that you simply become used to or do I just have a goofy style of driving?

The F355 steering wheel angle most definately IS adjustible. There is a lever under the plastic bottom cover.

    As in the 360???
Interesting... you learn something new every day.

How about other (prior) models, I assume these were not adjustable?

348 is adjustable too. It is not however telescopic.

On the 308 you loosen a bolt on the underside of the steering column, adjust column position, then tighten the bolt.

No shame at all in the question; For many people, where to position the steering is essentially having to decide between sporty feel/reaching the top of the wheel and not having it interfere with their leg/knee. And on the 308, there really is no lever! :)

My 1986 and 1989 930's had ZERO adjustment for the steering wheel.

Like it or lump it I guess. I never could get the seat back far enough that my hair didn't rub the sunroof.

6 little 3mm hex screws and an aftermarket steering wheel spacer fixes that, pronto!

Ditto 328's plus I put a one inch extension behind the wheel. Made a big difference for me.
