Correct. At the near end of 95, the bumper was changed to the one with the holes so you will find 95's with them. If you look at the parts diagram, the bumper was changed at a certain assembly number.
Most 95’s and some 96’s in my research have older style bumper with no holes. All 97’s and later have the holes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
This is the parts diagram for 2.7's (95's) P/N: 64483810 is the no hole version for the US. P/N: 65129210 is the hole version that supersedes it. As you can see, it started at assembly number 20190 Image Unavailable, Please Login
