I need to re-align my luggage compartment lid slightly as one of the sides is sitting a little high,
can anyone tell me how much of the front end I need to remove to get to the hinges at the front ?

    Thanks.

Front bumper for the hinges, inner trunk upper carpet (at most!) for the hood shocks. If one hood shock fails, or if one hood shock is not to spec, you'll get the trunk lid misaligned...so I'd suggest removing both front hood shocks as a **TEST** to see if the hood opens and closes properly with no shocks connected.

If yes, then new shocks are your answer.

If no, then pull off the front bumper and realign the hinges.

    Just a thought.
