355 brake cooling alternative?

    Anyone knows of an aftermarket alternative to the brake cooling parts that were put on the 355 Challenge (part 19 and 22). Buying these as spare parts are as always ridiculously expensive... Read about a front brake upgrade and thought that improving brake cooling might be a better and cheaper way to deal with track day heat ;-)

    I run Ferodo DS2500 pads in my F355 brakes. These thinks will not fade in 103dF texas heat on high speed tracks such a MSR Cresson, MSR Bonney, TWS with fresh fluid (ATE super B/G) in the system.

    These pads are all you need if you are running street tires even if you are running on race tracks for long periods of time. They are streetable in the mild winters we have down here in Texas.

    Once you get to R-comounds and/or slicks more air is required or bigger brake rotors and calipers.

    I am on Porterfield R4S and havnt had any problem on the race track this year, works great. But next year I will be on Pirelli Corsa R-compound so I am just thinking ahead here...
