355 Cam Pulley Reconditioning

I was looking at the camshaft belt pulleys and they appear to have corroded from sitting idle over the years, has anyone experienced this corrosion?

Any ideas on restoring, as the camshaft pulleys is major$$$$$$ from Ferrari.

Wonder if their is an hard anodized aluminum pulley that would work if I can't get these cleaned up...???
