This could be done by doing the artwork and digitally printing the whole thing on vinyl. I have an F355 and own a sign shop. I could do this (and probably make a hell of a lot of money) by doing the artwork and printing these. You would have to get the old bubbled paint/graphics off, but that should be able to be done fairly easy. The trick would be to get the flat black color to match perfectly........it could be done with some trial and error. How many people are interested?
Sanding ... did it take long to get the console off? ... what did you finish the surface with eventually? May sound cheap, but anyone taken a hypodermic needle and squeezed some glue underneath and tried to flatten? Maybe a choice ..if you're gong to take it off anyway.
