    I already removed the Sony radio trim, radio and sleeve.
    I also removed the 6 screws (2 top, 2 center, 2 bottom) on the gauge surround.

    Do the gauges come out with the surround? Is it just stuck to the leather? I pulled pretty hard on it already.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Yes, the gauges come out with the surround. Each gauge is attached with two screws into spigots moulded into the panel. If you have removed the 6 screws (4 short, 2 long), the only thing holding it in is the leather surround. Look underneath and there's a single white/clear connector for all the wiring to the panel. You will probably find it easier to push from behind than pull from the front.
