    Good idea, i had a stone pierce one my rads last year.
    Although i do like the large intake hole when the doors are open with out them.

    looks real good is there just a gaurd for the door vent or is there also one for the smaller vent below it?

    That was my thinking--Big rocks, leaves, debris, etc getting up there could cause some real damage.

    There are 2 existing bolts on the door, loosen them and they slide in-Tighten bolts.. They have a groove cut into the attachment points so the bolts don't have to actually come all the way out..

    I saw a set on a guy's car who I did some refinishing work for. He happened to have an extra set and we traded work for the guards...
