    Hi all,

I am currently being offered a 355 Challenge car. I saw the car and saw some Challenge bits on the car but still not 100% sure. Can anyone tell me what is the difference between a regular 355 and the Challenge version. Plus, is there any telltale feature that can confirm it is the challenge version? Thank you very much.

    Cheers

I assume you are looking at a street CH car and not an all out race CH car?

    Hi Illufa,

first of all, you shoul check the VIN number and confirm that it's a CH car. You could do it with some Ferrari Dealer contact. Once you have check it and confirm it you should check its curriculum, if the car has raced or not.

Some of this car was converted to Berlinettas through CH cars, so you could find that the car is not a CH, it's a F355 with the CH Kit. The information from the others FChaters are ok, but do not follow step by step all the pieces that you could find on the list, some of these cars mounted all this parts and others that do not appear on the list, and some of them could not mount some of the pieces listed.

If you buy it, you will have a rare car. If a Ferrari it's something special, own a race car ready to go in the streets.......I don't know....I couldn't delete my smile....

    Good Luck.

    265/40/18. (18X10) Rear
    225/40/18. (18x8) Front

The CH suspension spec makes magic...and it seams to have huge dimensions. The car has larger sway bars than the normal one, and uses adjustable rece dumpers, the right one that Ferrari Factory mounted in the CH version. Only 17025 kms.....

This car is the oldest one, 1995model, with the 2.7 Motronic electronic injection. The brake kit of this car, is the standard one, I prefered to do it more "stradale" becoming more progresive for the normal use, instead the race set.

Thanks for your comments, it's my jewel, we have a 512TR a Modena and a 328 and....this 355CH is completly different, is like a kart for going "shopping".

    Best Regards.
