Hey dudes, a guy at work was telling me an F355 Berlinetta speared off an embankment getting onto the Freway this weekend. anybody know anything about it?
All these crash threads of late are pretty useless without pics to back the story up edit: I found them http://www.git.com.au/~jetranger/trouble/
Looking at those pics, I think this is the test model for the new Ferrari 4x4 to rival Lamborghini's efforts hahaha. The driver is very lucky!!!! and I think his damage is going to be minimal compared if it had gone over!!!
Your not wrong there Would have been good to see a little Dukes Of Hazzard style jump off the end there. The General 355
fark, seriously these people should do a driving program to learn how to handle these cars, hope he's insured
i'm playing prang-thread bingo, there's one of the magical sentences that pops up like the shouting of "TAXI" whenever a glass breaks. just waiting for the other one.....
Can have up to 9 letters/characters on a polycarbonate plate - 6 on a metal plate. Sure that's a WA pic? Didn't try zooming in, but it didn't look like anywhere near the Freeway in Perth. Will look again...
Oh - and we only pay 'once - off' for the plates as well. I'm sure our wonderful government will try and sneak an annual payment in in the future, but if you've got them now you have title to them so they can't charge you a fee...
Looked again - yes it is Perth - recognised the tall building in the background. It's close to where we start our FCA runs from...It's around West Perth, somewhere near the Vincent Street Freeway interchange. Another example of the laws of physics overcoming someone's ability...
My bad... Were they ever 11 characters? We dont get a choice only metal haha. The prisons in WA must be state of the art
The plates are made in the Eastern States somewhere now. The government of the time awarded a contract to an 'foreign' company and the local makers had to close down and lost about 20-30 jobs. I think Looney's plates are polycarbonate? Dingo - do you have a pic of those?
