Oh yeah, you can do it by yourself. Loosen the lug nuts on the wheel, then jack up that one rear wheel and remove the lug nuts completely. Position a jack stand or two. Pull the wheel off. Now remove the screws that hold the forward fender liner and pull the plastic fender liner out of the wheel-well.

At that point you'll see the cat temp ecu and you'll see the radiator fan.

The cat temp ecu is two electric plugs and two bolts. You *can* unbolt two bolts! This is not difficult. You just get a little dirty.

On my 348 you can take the radiator fan off without removing the radiator (though that's just a few bolts extra, no big deal in and of itself). The trick on the 348 is to get a wrench behind the radiator on the nuts that hold on the fan bolts...only necessary if that nut turns freely when you attempt to unbolt the fan from the front of the radiator.

It's probably that easy on the 355, too. Really, you are just unscrewing or unbolting a few things. You can't hurt anything. You can't screw anything up. If you've never removed anything bigger than the lid off of tin can, it will take you an hour to swap out the radiator fan. Probably less.

If you get stuck at any point just snap a quick cell-phone picture and post it. No problem to walk you through it.
