    modified 355 engine going in a 308 race car.

    Don't really know much more than that as I've only just seen the picture, but I know the guys who are doing it so will find out more.

    Wow. Still I cannot help but think that there is an easier and cheaper way to get 355 performance out of a 308 engine. Boring, stroking and supercharging. Well over 400 HP.

    I recall a 328 that had £25,000+ worth of engine modifications and it was faster than a 355 challenge around a track.

    Now that is just an insane amount of money! About 5-6 K will get you a supercharger alone good for over 100 hp.
