To the Ferrari community please give me some suggestions.

I have just put an engine back in after an engine rebuild and have the following issue.

The car does crank but will not fire up.

Bank 1-4 can kick over as it is a 2.7 model but bank 5-8 will not.

I have fuel pressure and checked the crank angle sensors as well.

I have checked relays as well.

When it attempts to start it sounds normal but just will not kick over.

I also have spark on my plugs as well.

    Any suggestions please?

What controls your fuel Injectors ?? Im not sure but I havent had to figure it out yet.
You didn't say anything about compression and fuel, have to have them to fire.

Before Engine out it ran? Now after it won't Fire up I'm thinking its a wire somewhere that's not hooked up. Something silly once you find it.

    But are you getting fuel?

Seems that statements contradict. "will not kick over" then you say 14 kick over? What is your definition of kick over?

You could verify the basics. was there a cam timing with degree wheel attempt done? Did you verify that upon completion you are very close to the 4 assembly marks cams on caps with #1 in compression at TDC? you got good post rebuild compression? you got good post rebuild leakdown? If yes to all then your engine is capable of running and problem is something bolt-on. You seem to be on track with spark or fuel diagnosis but how did you check fuel pressure? Is your pressure per the WSM? You can have what appears to be spark (old school test like in the days of points) but not quite enough to fire a modern car. Answer those questions and we can move on.

You have checked silly stuff like grounds and you have a fully charged battery?

Cam timing was done properly and TDC achieved.

The car cranks but does not get into running mode. So it is cranking.

I haven't done a compression or leak down test on the rebuild yet so I will do that and report back.

    Thanks for the suggestions!
