hi all, getting a light grey dust on the tips of the exhausts,,and in the internals of the exhaust,,, guessing that one of the cats is breaking up and that it needs replaced,, the lh one was replaced last year and both headers have been done this year,,,,,, just wondered if anyone else had same before the cat went,, ps,,, does anyone have a diagram of the exhaust,, i have searched the threads and have heard mention of another 2 small cats on the up pipes,.... surely not ? cheers scott.. glasgow uk
The two wee cats ont the ehaust bypass circuit are of metallic type, they are not known to go bad. Just replace the main cats with hyperflows!
If you have not replaced your headers and they are cracked, it could be fiberglass from the heat wrapping around them. I waited too long to replace mine and it blew the crap all over the place!
