I have 20,000 miles and it seems I need new exhaust manifolds. I was told this is common problem on this model. Any feed back would be appreciated.

ALL 355's will burn through their exhaust manifolds. Your mileage is about average for this. You have many options on what particular manifold to replace your leaking ones with (do a search for the details) but do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy more stock manifolds! They will just leak again and you will be facing this repair again, plus they cost up to twice the aftermarket alternatives.

Do a search on "355 headers"

Very common problem with tons of info on this site about it. Only caution is that I wouldn't wait to do the fix. Data seems to indicate that it will cause the cylinder walls to start to wear if you put it off.
