Under the R/H front wheel arch, towards the bumper. Remove the pannel after ya take of the wheel.

If your looking for parts, try Ricambi. I am missing similar pieces on my car.
If your looking for the battery, its in front of the passenger wheel.

The "cover" is a plate that seals the vertical opening between the wheel and battery. Seems like you may need one also.

Oh one o them:D I got one o them, i tought you were talking about a acual cover that fitted on top on the battery.:D So ya talking about the cover that i said had to be removed in the wheel arch to get to the battery. I get it now you are after the TWO not one;);) inner wheel arch pannels, like mine in the pictures. The large one is plastic and the small one is Alloy with a rubber seal around the edge.

The two pieces look kinda mickey mouse. Why not make a one piece assembly out of aluminium (covered in rocker schutz) or you could make the part using fiberglass resin and cloth. Working with fiberglass is very easy, epoxy resin is stronger than polyester, and the supplies are at Home Depot or lowe's. FWIW

The top picture was taken before the wheel arches were repainted along with the battery cover and the paint was flaking away from the Alloy section. The picture was taken by a phone camera which did not help. Now you can see the cover in a better picture which looks far from Micky mouse;)
