    Hi!

When I opened my car today the alarm started whining , but the car did unlock. (car has been standing still for some months(started and moved a bit of course)). When the door is open, the alarm stops whining, but when the door is closed, it starts whining again..
The battery is flat, and I can't get the alarm to stop.

    Any suggestions?

When I get it started the alarm may stop?

There is another battery for the alarm. When that dies you wont hear it anymore, but you may still have an alarm situation that wont allow you to start the car. When the car battery is low it can cause start issues. I suggest you change or charge the battery before you try anything else. You should buy and use a batterytender.com battery charger any time you don't expect to drive in approx. three days. That will keep your battery working great.

Edit: I see you are in Norway and I'm not sure which battery charger would be best for you.
