Top was not working. After inspecting the fluid level, I found fluid to be very low. I filled reservoir to proper level and operated the top with the manual switches. Found a leak at the secondary cylinder lines running to the RH secondary cylinder. Ordered new and installed. I then used the bleed procedure where you take all the cylinders loose from the frame work and pull the RT main cylinder out with LT main cylinder bleed screw open as outlined on this forum. Problem is the secondary cylinders are not operating. After research, found they do not operate using the manual override switch. Must use the switch in the center console. Here is where the problem begins. When I try to operate the top from the center switch I only get a beeping sound. Doors closed, engine running, parking brake on, windows down, seats all the way fwd, top pushed open until I hear the beep indicating the top is open enough. Front and rear bonnets closed. I suspect that maybe a switch in the seat position or something else is keeping the top from going into its cycle but haven't figure it out. Any ideas?

Exactly the same issue? Can you describe the exact sequence you are using? The original poster seems to have his sequence out of order.

Doors closed, handbrake on, engine running. Then...
Unlatch roof to drop the windows 2 inches (5cm).
Manually pull back on the roof until the normal single beep sounds, ensuring the first roof rib (behind the roof frame) goes up, not down.
Then use the roof switch on the centre console.
Seats go forward automatically and stop, pump motor runs. Primary actuators extend and the roof goes down.
Roof hits the fully down microswitch and manual window control is restored.

Do your emergency roof switches work?
Have you checked fluid levels and the fuses near the pump?
