I have a slight wobble in the steering under high speed/high pressure braking. I think I might need new rotors or is this normal. If so, anyone know the cost of a new set of challenge rotors?

Any kind of wobble is a problem--not normal...

Could you take the car to a brake specialist and get them to have a look mate? :):)
You may have warped rotors, but you can get away with machining them and replacing the brake pads. :):)

Thats if the disc rotors can be machined and not come under the minimum thickness they still require. :):)
If you cannot machine them, then you will have to get new disc rotors. ALWAYS replace brake pads when you machine or replace disc rotors. :):)

I have a new set of directional vaned rotors, new hats and new hdwr. in stock I had made for a "customer". Aaron was already headed for CA and the car sold 4 times by the time I recieved them. They are looking for a nice home!

Answering the original question :D the fiorano does NOT use challenge rotors or brakes. The fiorano ones are about $780 a piece and are the same size as the standard 355 rotors - just drilled. The challenge cars use 355mm monster Brembos.

For those interested, you can replace standard 355 rotors with the fiorano ones - bolt on swap. We have rears in stock and fronts are on their way.

oh i thought they were challenge, no worries. I want to get all the engine problems sorted out first, but yeah eventually I want to put the challenge brakes on there. What is the cost for the challenge braking system. Is it different lines as well? Im gonna change the fluid to PBF600 this weekend regardless.

    Jay,

You havent seen anything yet!!!! Pictures will speak a thousand words. Actually I think I will just post photos with no description or verbage and see what happens.
I ended up with an HUGE load of parts reciently, all of which need new homes so Kris can again park in the garage. The white 308 has already been sent to the barn and she was seen carrying my pillow towards the front door the other evening when it was raining...

    Dave -

If those rotors don't sell to Parikh, please put them in a box for me. PM me whatever price you deem appropriate.

These are 355MM RACING rotors and hats. You wouldnt want them for a street car.

    Oz,

I searched my notes and can not find the designation / number for the calipers used.

They are damn big and eliminate the parking brake all together, not fancy street brakes. The rotors are 32 MM thick cross section.
