    If i am not mistaken the missing one is only used when the car is plugged up to a diagnostic machine. Or to read codes, some thing like that anyways. I remember i put one in my missing slot and it caused lights to come on.

    Correct. that fuse is installed when performing diagnosis only and is normally empty.

    What are the other ones for - I dont think these fuses are listed in the manual. I am looking for the one that includes the clock?
