    Hello - Decided at next engine out in the fall going to replace head gaskets - been in touch with manufacturer's rep and he thinks he can give a better price if at least 4 gaskets are ordered - I am in for 2 (obviously) so looking for any others who want to be onboard - do not have a price however I expect them to be somewhere south (I hope) of $ 200 each

    First, why would you want to replace the head gasket? There is a reason?
    Second, south of $200 is a good price, but not a great price. Is this an original gasket for something different?

    For comparison, I just had to order a head gasket for a GMC 5.7L Yukon engine, it was ... $20. That is a great price.

    I got my original head gasket for 64 pounds. That was with 14 pounds included for shippingcosts.

    I just used that good copper sealer stuff from Loctite with my old gaskets, :)
