The stock Ferrari headers are pretty good already. The Fabspeed headers aren't a lot different except for the lack of heat shields (a big negative in my book).

I bought mine with Fabspeed's already installed, so I can't vouch for the change. But I love the sound!!

We have a dyno cell in house. I have never seen headers alone increase the power on a F355. Mufflers and emissions equipment restrict all the power.

Stebros with tubi muffler 95 spider here. I think I might have lost bottom end. I rarely drive above 6k rpm but when I do OMG the sound is beautiful to my ears. Keep in mind in average environment conditions the average joe won't feel but rather hear difference in upgrades. My lil bro 370z is and feels faster then my spider but mine is 17 years old.

JoeJoe, I had asked you awhile back how you liked the Stebro headers, and you said

you were happy with them overall, but had some exhaust leaks. Do you still have any

leaks now or any other issues with these headers that you would recommend against

purchasing this product now that they have been on for awhile.

    Thanks,

    Jimmy

I have Fabspeed headers with straight pipes and a tubi. You'll feel an increase in the mid end torque compared to stock headers but lose the higher pitch scream of the stock.

Which I miss and goes to show how addictive the sound of a 355 is!

Sorry for the late reply mate.

Over all Im content but still dealing with the exhaust leaks where the headers meet the cats.
I purchased the donut gaskets for both sides just waiting on funds for the prospeed cats to install all at once.

Its all noise with these upgrades. I have yet to see a valid dyno for before and after upgrades. It's all personal opinions I suppose and unless you have track times or dyno slips to prove otherwise its all noise. I don't regret spending a S$%# load of money for the exhaust tone that cannot be replicated unless your driving the 458 italia which im convince it reverse technology from some other area not of earth. Ill post another vid once I install the cats.

Thanks JoeJoe. I will probably replace my cats and y pipe this year. Looking into headers

also: Tubi's, Nouvalari, Prospeed(if produced), and Stebros. I like the 4-2-1 design like the

factory, which you have. Let me know how you make out with the leaks once you put the

new cats on with new donuts.

Yes make sure they are coated as the heat generated from the engine bay is extremely high. Also have the shop fabricate a plate for the alternator. My shop No joke used 1/4 steel plate that came off a truck but fits like it was design for this specific upgrade no joke. Ill take pics this afternoon once I finish washing dishes <--- no joke.

anyone want to buy a restaurant lol

Depending on which headers I choose they will either have sheilding or some type of

    coating.

Nice pic. I like the silver coating on the headers. What temp is it rated at?

By the way where did you purchase your headers?

I have nil clue on temp rating. How ever they can be purchased at stebro.net FYI they might take a few weeks to build if they don't already have them in stock. I was lucky some bloke from AUS ordered 2 but cnx 1 order after it was built.
