When I'm driving behind someone with my headlights on the beam seems to be shaking quite a bit,
the headlight units / glass seems to be solid just not sure if it's the suspension stiffness or something else ?

    Thoughts please...............

    Newbie,

I had the same problem, adjusting #8 is the way to go as stated above. I adjusted the rubber bumper up just enough to stop the vibration while driving, so the lifting motor doesn't have to fight against that rubber bumper all that much. The motor arm adjustment will affect where the headlight bucket sits when closed (and open). Readjust the aim of the headlights after. Hope that helps.

My left headlight has the same issue, I am going to give this a try.

What is the easiest way to adjust (get to) the bumper?

Interesting...I have this prob too, but don't drive at night often enough to worry about it. But seems like an easy fix, might as well do it...

I had the same problem. Just open the hood/bonet and you will be able to see the part you need to adjust.

Same with me checked the headlamp and no looseness so I just live with it.
