If 348 heads fit on the 3.2, I was wondering if the same could be said about the 355 heads.

    Well?

I doubt it. 4valve for the 308-348's and 5 valve for the 355

The only way to tell is to check the bolt pattern. However, once you've got them on, you've got to get pistons made, clay the valve clearances, etc., and because the motor is smaller, you'd probably need milder cams, and what will you do about fuel injection, or carbs? The 355 heads are probably set up for an engine management system, including the injection. How did you plan on making that work?

This looks like a major project, and I'm not sure that it makes sense. If you need more power, why not bolt up a chevy, or put in a set of turbos?
