Took My 99 F355B out today and turned on heater. Nothing but cool air blowing out of it. This may be the first time I have switched it on, as it never gets cold in Miami. Would like to troubleshoot it a bit before taking it to the shop. Is there a fuse or relay I need to check first? Is this a common issue? I once replaced the heater core in a Buick but that was over forty years ago. Any advice/suggestions appreciated.

auxilliary or secondary water pump (can't remember which). In the front trunk, under the rear luggage space cover.
