I tried to sell mine on s-o-r early this year, I went through all the pain of it going, but then no-one bought it. And now it is back at home! It's like having it new all over again...
Think thats why had a lot of work done on it.......not having it for a few weeks and then picking it up was the best bit.
Put mine on the market last year along with the Diablo. Diablo sold straight away and the 355 had interest straight away. I wanted another Rosso Barchetta spider but F1 this time. Karl Verdi told me they only painted Spiders that colour for one year only. I did not need confirmation or telling twice,i took it of the market that minute It pained me to think that i might have been with out a 355 for a possible long lenth of time while an F1 came along Mind you me talking like this cant be making you feel very good, so i will stop. Sorry to here it has to go mate.
sorry mate didn't put it to right.....my choice. Just getting a bit to old, to many miles. Also the misses was driving behind me the other day, looked in the mirror and thought...looks very dated from the front.(side, back still looks good) I know i'm going to get it now from a few of you but there we go!!! Think its 360m or spider time.

Know what you mean on the dated thing. Looks more dated when i park it next to my Bangle 5 series and even the 550. But then there's another part of me that says its classic lines and one of the last 'pretty' ferraris. The mileage thing does play on my mind too - but then i think **** it - i'll lose more money chopping and changing for the next few years than i will hanging on to her. Then i see a 360 spyder at sensible money and the whole arguement starts again in my head. Just gonna keep her and fight it These Dino boys that stuck with it from when they bought them back in the 70s must be smiling all the way to the bank.
Only the pop up lights date the car, IMO. Rear , 3/4 and side views are simply stunning. 360 doesn't come anywhere near , CS excepted. Just my view , of course
i agree cars with pop up lights are crap they look like triumph TR7 pop up lights was a 1970's thing they spoil ferrari's
