    How many quarts does the 355 take? Should I do it once a year or more often?

    A completely dry engine takes 10 Qts. A normal oil change is 9.5 Qts.

    Once a year of every 3000 miles is fine.

    +1! At LEAST once a year change the engine oil. Even if you only drive 100 miles. :)
