    Can someone tell me where the thermistor is that measures the oil temperature? Is it under the oil tank where the drain plug is?

    I'm guessing you mean 107576 or 148676 which is jammed under the tank, illustrated as #28 in the lubrication diagram. There is supposedly a unique part number for AUS vehicles, versus the rest of the world. No idea why...
