Lowering a car can be done by different ways. Air suspension is one of them. You're right : slamming is the most radical lowering, but bagging a car doesn't imply necessary to slam it on the ground with max camber. There are some examples in this thread of cars lowered with air system that have their lowest position set at more traditional lower height. The subject is bigger wheels on lowered car. I mean, why open a thread for a couple of inches of differences? (we're not enough here interested in modified Ferrari)
I'm not fond of 20" on a 355, but this one is well done: Image Unavailable, Please Login more pics: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1995-ferrari-f355-spider/
Now I don't think tires stretched like a 1975 Montecarlo low rider represents "good". Depending where you live, one pot hole and your calling AAA for a broken rim flat tire tow. The 488 rims are not too bad however. I have seen 20" wheel versions with other tires that look better. Sent from my SM-G990U using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Added some 12mm spacers on the front. Pretty happy with the fitment overall now (note that the car will settle a bit). Image Unavailable, Please Login
many of the pictures posted here are computer renderings.... anyway, 19'' look great on a 355 Image Unavailable, Please Login

I think this is the combo to have. For some reason manufacturers didn't do this until like the mid-2000s. But it is now pretty much the standard, corvettes, mclaren's, lambos, new Ferraris. On my 430, 19s look perfect in the front, but they just look very small in the rear. I did a 19/20 combo and I think it looks outstanding and compliments The styling.
seen too many bad aftermarket wheel attempts on the 355.. 20's heck no.. absolutely ridiculous.. 20/19 staggered NO 19/18 staggered NO 18" aftermarket No, never looks good. its simple the 355 has only 3 possible wheel configurations. stock 18's challenge 18's period correct 19's ( all 4 corners).
I happen to think challenge wheels looks awful. But yes there are many pics with 18/19 wheels that look like they came from tire rack. There is no accounting for ones taste.

It would be interesting to know size and offset, but I think you told me there is nothing written inside the wheels. Right? And tires sizes?
