   I recall reading many years ago on the web that you could delete power steering when ordering a new F355.
   
   Never saw a 355 with power steering, so I assumed it was a fluke, but perhaps this was a legitimate option that went unexercised for most of the production line.
   
   So the question is, is this true? And if so, how can a manual steering retrofit be performed (a kosher one that is!)?
