I'm assuming the pulley's are steel(???). Is there any shops known that can reproduce these(like a CNC that can make an exact copy) at a reasonable price....the OEM ones from Ferrari are like $800 each....mine have MAJOR corrosion right at the belt mating surface.

Any thoughts on doing these out of titanium???....any wear problems on titanium from belts??

Another reason to drive it more than hardly ever ;)

The problem is the "reasonable price" -- too much time to design & make a prototype vs $800. Is that the best price from the usual non-dealer F part sources? What was the range?

Absolutely true about the driving it often.

Best price is approx. $850 each X 4= $3,400..............Someone with the right equipment can surely do it for alot less than this...I hope???

On my 348, the cam drive gear "pulley" is aluminum, and I suspect the ones on the cam are also aluminum. Not sure of specifics on the 355, and I've never looked into having these made up. But I think the dimensions of the gear teeth and teeth relief areas could be critical to life of the belts. If the gear teeth stretch the teeth of the belt due to poor fit, I think it could put a lot of extra stress on the belt teeth and result in early failure. I think the corners of the gear teeth and reliefs or "curves" at the base of the teeth could really make a difference on belt teeth stress if there is any interference, so these areas should be carefully matched, in my view. Certainly could be made, but it needs to be done accurately and with care.
