The radiatior fans on my 1998 355 failed to "kick in" today as the water temp went over 190 degrees. In my past 355, it was due to a bad relay. I am hoping that this is the reason.

Can anyone offer any advice on where I could find Bosch Relays 0 332 019 103 or their equivelent?

Could this problem have another cause? I do appreciate any advice tremendously.

    Thanks again in advance...

No Doubt, I appreciate the info. I had done a search and did see waytechwire. I checked their website and did not see the exact serial number as the relays I pulled from the car. I'll call them on Monday and see if they are interchangable.

Again, I truly appreciate the response.

Also be sure to check your thermo switch.

Did you check the fuses? ...... could be a 25 cent fix, and they're notorious for going on 355s.

May drivers fan would only come on for a few secs and turn off. It turns out that if the AC freon is low that fan will not come on for long even with the AC off. Make sure your AC is full. I had changed the relay, switch, fuse and only until the AC was recharged did my fan work correctly.

I appreciate the responses. I changed a relay and solved the problem. Great thing is that while I was doing a search on this problem, I found another 50 or so things that will allow me to "fix it" myself, and prevent my car having to sit in the dealers service bay for 5-6 weeks!

    Thanks again...
