Well put Eric but, one thought I don't think the right fan can be on by itself. unless the temp sender in the LH rad. was not working. The ECU triggers the RH fan at a higher temp than sender in the LH is set at. So theoretical if the RH fan is on the LH already is running. Did that make any sense? hahaha. What do you think?

You are right that, in a steady state and with homogeneous water temperature, the right fan should not be on while the left one is off. But it may occur on transient phases with the left fan having cooled localy the water (the thermoswitch is close to the fan), but the temperature at the head output is still above 95°C before decreasing due to fans action. Water temperature is not the same all along the circuit.
