    I jut purchased a Ferrari Fiorano (#42) and had a major service done (it has 21,000 miles) by Gary Bobiloff in San Diego. The radio will not play, it seems to be asking for passcode. So far, I do not have the original radio records/ passcode. I have tried leaving it on, restarting etc., but it doesn't seem to want to re-set. Any ideas?

    If either yourself or the dealer can get the serial number from the back of the unit you can get the codes from the manufacturer (if Ferrari / F-USA don't have them) either way you'll need the serial #
