355 Rear shock knuckle mount. play in joint?

Finally putting my 355 back together for those of you that remember me, have a few questions about possibly worn out parts i should replace. Where the rear shocks mount to the rear knuckles, seem to have play in a weird way, I'm not sure if this is normal so hence my post here. below should be a pic of what i'm talking about, should it beable to move that direction?

also any suggestions for parts i should replace while my car is apart, it has 28k miles on it. And does anyone know how i can get the original measurements for all the rear frame, body etc, that i will need when and if my car needs to be put on a frame machine?

It seems that your bushing may be worn ... but also that your mounting is incorrect. On each side of the damper you should have the two thick washers that prevent any translation along the axis. Have a look to the parts manual.
