    It depends.

If the rear glass is NOT tempered, then yes.
If the rear glass IS tempered, then no.

    Why the difference?

Tempered glass will shatter into hundreds of little pieces. When a front windshield/windscreen gets repaired there are times when the glass needs to be drilled in order to give access to inject the resin used for repair. If the glass is tempered once the drill is put to it ***smash*** into hundreds of little pieces it will go.

If the glass is not tempered and can be drilled, before the resin gets injected all or as much of the air in between the glass and the lamination will need to be sucked out. So the person performing the repair will need to have equipment that is able to suck out the air, and then inject the resin at the same time the negative pressure is released, then apply proper pressure needed to fully fill the space with resin, and maintain the pressure while the resin is cured. If any air is present in the resin while it is curing you will have bubbles that can not be removed. The resin gets cured via ultra violet light.

    So........

If the rear glass is not tempered, it can get fixed. But know that it will not look completely clear. The visual appearance of the delamination will go away depending on how new/old it is. The newer the problem, and the better the repair process, the less you will see the delamination.
