    Is the recirculation flap cover suppose to have these 2 openings or is my cover broken?
    Easy fix,,,,,,,but perhaps this is the way it left the factory?

    They are used for water drainage. Just don't drop any screws down there. I had to use a small hose hooked up to a vacuum to get them out of there.
