On a 348 ( identical hvac ) it’s under that connector marked by the red arrow .

Your pic is of the ABS system , nothing to see with the 30 A fuse that runs the HACV system.

Thanks guys, the fuse looks fine, just got to work out why my heater temp isn't changing and the vent control isn't working either. I'm guessing its the HVAC ecu itself.

If you're in the UK, crashdata.co.uk can repair your HVAC ECU. They fixed mine, cost £200

It still could be individual component failure.

If you reset the car battery and turn on the ignition, listen for the vent (tambour) motor running through its 180 degree calibration cycle. Turn off blower fan to help you hear it running. It only runs for short time. It's under the dash near the driver's left knee (on a RHD car). If your tambour isn't spinning freely, it may put strain on the driver chip in the ECU.

By heater temp not changing, do you mean there is no heat? Could be the pump not circulating the water. Note that the heater valve closes if the AC is turned OFF.

There are a lot of moving parts to the HVAC system and you will need to eliminate them one by one, otherwise you may find yourself with an unnecessarily large parts bill.

Do you have a multimeter and a 12V supply that you can use to see firstly if the relevant component (heater valve, direction actuator) are seeing voltage from the HVAC ECU, and secondly if they actually move in response to seeing voltage? I found Qavion's wiring diagrams invaluable when diagnosing my HVAC issues, which turned out to be manifold - broken HVAC ECU, broken heater valve (although it was only the bushes on the $5 electric motor that were broken) and broken gears in the recirc actuator, which I replaced with 3D printed polycarbonate parts.

I don't suppose you have a link to that wiring diagram have you?
