So my 355 was running hot when stoppedl. I drove down to the dealership and asked what can I do, the thing is over 190 and near the red when sitting for more than 1 minute. They told me come back tues to look at it. No advice, fuses, quick fix anything.

Driving home mad I decide to turn on the AC since that might force the fans on since its on a different system than the temp fans.

BOOM, the fans turn on and car runs at perfect temp. The story gets better, I get home turn off the car and resart it with AC off and now the fans work like normal!!

Hope this helps out someone with the fan issue!!

Sounds like a sticky relay possibly?

Copy that, just remember it ran hot for a reason. You got lucky and got home but there is still a problem, it is just imtermittent. I second the opinion above since I believe the temp probe for the gauge is the same one that turns the fans on so it most likely is good. If I remember correctly the relay is behind the passenger footboard (your manual should tell you for sure). Cheap part to replace so might as well.

There is a $20 dollar thermal switch that triggers the LH fan relay in non AC mode. It is located on the top of the LH radiator. Easily acessible by removing the rear wheel well liner.
