I am on the hunt for a 355 shop manual if anyone has access to one. Looking specifically for info on interior items such as dashboard/trim removal instruction. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Ferrari shop manuals usually don't have that kind of information. It is assumed you are a mechanic and can figure out how to take things apart.

I have the 355 WSM and also the 360 WSM. I can give you both. Shoot me a PM with your email and I'll share them with you on my google drive.

I recommend downloading both manuals. The F355 is written for an actual mechanic. There isn't too many things that are step-by-step in it. Rather, its more of how things work and their specifications.

The 360 shares a lot of the steps with the F355 and its written in a more modern format that is easy to follow along. I recommend using both manuals when researching a procedure.

Definitely the details you're asking for are not in the manuals however. The workshop manuals usually refer to servicing mechanical items not assembly documentation like a Monogram model car or something. How to set timing on the cams, sure that's in there.

    Remove steering wheel
Remove steering column dash covers after dropping steering wheel to its minimum
Remove instrument panel, center vents, outer corner vents
Remove airbag on passenger side (access via the removed vent holes)
Remove all screws and nuts holding the upper dash against the firewall (find them behind all the holes you just created). There are several fasteners for the lower dash into the firewall at the foot well
    Remove radio
Reach back and undo small fasteners holding the upper dash to the lower dash
Wiggle the upper dash out. Then remove the lower dash.
