355 smashed in Fremont? Whose is it?

I was driving down Cedar in Fremont today, and my wife spotted a rear ended '95 355 yellow berlinetta parked out in front of some corvette body shop and Pahktan body shop. Looked like shady shops. Ready the 5 gallon buckets of bondo. Anybody know who it was? The airboxes, bumper, exhaust and decklid were off and it was out in the rain. Nice. At the body shop down the street, even a hoopty Civic missing a door had plastic taped over it.
